What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates performed on a piece of equipment called a Reformer bed.
The moving carriage, springs, and straps allow you to strengthen, stretch, and tone your entire body with low impact and maximum precision.
It’s brilliant for building core strength, improving posture, enhancing flexibility, and moving with control.

Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our classes are designed to welcome all levels. Our instructors will guide you through the basics and offer modifications and guidance to help you feel comfortable.

What should I wear to a session?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely.
Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety reasons — you can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself, a bottle of water and your grip socks! We provide all necessary equipment including Reformers, props, and any accessories you’ll need during class.

How long is each session?
Each sessions are 45 minutes long, designed to give you a full-body workout.

Can I do Reformer Pilates if I'm pregnant?
If you are currently pregnant or recently postpartum, we advise speaking with your GP or healthcare provider first.
We offer prenatal sessions to ensure workout is safe and supportive during all stages of pregnancy.

How do I book a session?
You can book classes easily through our website. We recommend booking in advance as spots are limited.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens! We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the start of your session to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Yes! We offer private sessions tailored to your specific goals and needs. Contact us for more information or to schedule.

Is there parking available?
We are a studio located in the heart of Hexham. There is ample street parking nearby. Please allow a few extra minutes to find a space.
