Classes

Layering is a key principle in Pilates, allowing every clients to start with foundational movements and gradually build toward more challenging variation. This approach ensures that all levels from beginners to experienced practitioners feel supported and empowered to move at the pace that is right for their body. 

Reformer Layer 1

These classes are designed for those new to the reformer and those more experienced, focusing on introducing the machine, basic exercises, proper technique and fundamental principles of Pilates giving a full body workout.

Reformer Layer 2 

For clients who are comfortable with the basics. These classes typically build on foundational exercises, build strength and introduce more complex movements, focusing on flow and precision with the use of weights and resistance bands.

Reformer Power Lunch

This shorter, quicker pace 30 minute session is ideal for the perfect lunch pump. Focusing on certain areas of the body with the use of the reformer, weights and resistance bands, it is suitable for beginners and intermediate reformer clients looking sculpt and build on strength.
